it must be used well lying (not sitting) to put the mask on the eyes. Then, the modes to be switchable uccording to the need are good (vibration, heating, air compression) I recommend this product

I have used this product for paxt 2-3 days. It has some kind of air pressure massage system but it's not reaching that peak point near eyes that might relieve you. I find this more effective on your head, also the manual has really not much of info on how to use
